Pete was born at the foot of the Blue Mountains and grew up in the Hawkesbury region of NSW.

A self-described ‘sports nut’, Pete is a life-long Penrith Panthers tragic with a passion for commentating games of football. Pete loves life on the South Coast with his wife (the ‘leader of the opposition’), children, grandkids and his mates. He loves to sing as he wanders the corridors of 2EC – which is why we’re glad he spends the afternoons in the soundproofed studio.

Pete’s a happy-go-lucky, glass-half-full guy and there’s nothing he loves more than playing your favourite songs for you while you drive home on the South Coast.
