Young man dies after motorbike crash on South Coast

A 20-year-old man has died following a motorbike crash on the Princes Highway at Corunna, 10km south of Narooma.

Emergency services were called to the scene around 4pm on Friday (January 17) after the rider reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown from the bike.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene before he was airlifted to Canberra Hospital in critical condition. Tragically, he passed away on Saturday.

South Coast Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash, and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
