A Merimbula cafe owner has described a plan to possibly replace a kids playground with two logs as ‘ridiculous’
Waterfront Cafe operator Greg Ryzy has told the Far South Coast Newsroom, Bega Valley Shire Council recently put a notice up on the fence of the facility in front of his and several other businesses to advise of the move or to replace it with a new one.
Mr Ryzy said forward-thinking councils are increasing the number of kids play areas, not reduce them.

The Far South Coast Newsroom has reached out to Bega Valley Shire Council for comment.
