This position is a fixed term, part time role in the Children Services team and based at the Moruya Administration Office. This role will provide positive and inspiring development assistance and quality improvement support for Children’s Services programs. Your main duties will include: – Providing regular and focused guidance and support to Out of School Hours (OOSH) and Family Day Care (FDC) Educational Leaders to improve learning pedagogies and confidence in programming. – Reviewing services’ assessment and rating reviews and work with staff to establish plans to meet and exceed national standards particularly in relation to inclusion, cultural and environmental awareness and community engagement. – Developing and coordinating local contacts to engage with services and improve networks. – Developing and maintaining positive partnerships with families, children and staff to ensure high satisfaction levels of clients.
