Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our customers by accurately identifying and sourcing automotive parts. While experience with Toyota parts is preferred, it is not a necessity. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong knowledge of parts interpretation, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing automotive parts through our system. • Interpret parts requests accurately and provide solutions based on vehicle make and model. • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, including components and accessories for various makes and models. • Support inventory management by ensuring stock levels are accurate and ordering when necessary. • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving parts-related inquiries and issues. • Work with the workshop team to ensure parts are available for service jobs.
