Finance Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support the financial sustainability of our services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the finance team in managing all financial activities including payroll, budgeting, and reporting. Oversee accounting processes, financial systems, and ensure data integrity across platforms like MYOB. Prepare monthly financial analysis, department budgets, and bank reconciliations. Manage Yumaro’s NDIS claims process and oversee financial aspects related to assets such as buildings, vehicles, and IT systems. Lead the Plan Management team, ensuring high-quality NDIS service delivery and financial performance. Work with dept coord’s and managers to improve the efficiency and financial sustainability of our various social enterprises and NDIS services Collaborate with the CEO to develop organisational strategies. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team and department coordinators, fostering a positive work environment. Skills Required

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA desirable). Experience: 5+ years in a senior finance role (NDIS experience highly regarded). Skills: Expertise in financial management, MYOB, familiarity with the SCHADS Industry Award 2010, Business Management. Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team. Commitment: Aligned with Yumaro's mission and values, with a passion for supporting people with disabilities.
