A man has been taken to hospital after a motorbike accident in the Bega Valley today (Friday May 5).
Emergency Services were called to an incident on Sapphire Coast Drive at Wallagoot, South of Tathra, just before 6:30am where a motorbike collided with a kangaroo.
The male rider in his 60’s sustained a head injury and was taken to South East Regional Hospital in Bega for further treatment.

Traffic in the area was affected for around an hour but has since cleared.
